Franschhoek is regarded as the Gourmet Capital of South but after all that great food and fabulous wine, it's time to get active.

Many sporting events are available in our valley during the year. From cycling to running or walking events and even group yoga and pilates.

MOUNTAIN BIKE NIGHT RIDE

at Hey Joe Craft Brewery

The ‘Night Ride'! Kicks off at 18:30(registration at 18:00 sharp).

A monthly social gathering and evening ride. Each month our brewery hosts an informal event where cyclists gather to partake in a fun evening cycle through the surrounding Franschhoek trails. We begin and end the event at our brewery. This event is for all riders, and for the entire family.

Our taproom will be open for this event - our a la carte menu available. THIS IS NOT EXCLUSIVE TO RIDERS ONLY. EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO JOIN US FOR DINNER SERVICE.

THE PARK RUN

at Rickety Bridge

PARK RUN CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE DUE TO COVID19 LOCKDOWN

The Park Run is a world-wide organisation operating in many countries of the world. In South Africa there are many that take place in various cities, towns and villages across the country and we have our own right here in Franschhoek.
It takes place every Saturday morning at 8am at Rickety Bridge and anyone is welcome. Just be there by 7:45am and join the gang.
